Purchasing & Shipping
All available paintings shown on this website are for sale at the price shown in £GBP and available for immediate purchase unless marked 'sold' or 'reserved'.
Payments can be made via PayPal, or please contact to arrange alternative payment arrangements. We endevaour to dispatch all paintings within 3 working days of receipt of payment but please allow up to 30 days. If the artwork is required for a specific day please contact and we will do our best to accommodate. Delivery will be by Royal Mail, unless requested otherwise. Shipping costs are free for the UK mainland and Ireland. Worldwide shipping is available, please make contact for international orders.
Cancellations & Returns Policy
We very much hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item, by law you may cancel from the day of the order and up to seven working days after the day on which you receive the goods. This right of cancellation does not apply to any goods that have been made to your specification or personalised, although we will normaly allow you to cancel any commissioned artwork, reserving the right to resell elsewhere. If you wish to cancel you should contact us as soon as possible via telephone or email, however we must have confirmation in writing of your cancellation. You will receive a full refund within thirty days of cancellation in the same format that you paid for the goods ie. either by cheque or through PayPal by credit or debit card as applicable. If the goods have already been despatched, you must handle them with care and they should be returned to us in their original condition at your own cost by courier, Special Delivery or equivalent. The goods to be returned should be wrapped securely in their original packaging, or packaging of same standard, and please include a note with details of your name, address and order details. Damaged Goods
Please check goods as soon as possible and notify us promptly of any damage within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange payment for return goods, and arrange repair, refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
Limitation of Liability
In the event we are unable to comply with our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we shall not be liable for such inability to comply with our obligations or resulting delays.
Ownership of Rights
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and HTML, is the property of Deborah Vallance Designs. You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute our images or website content in any manner, whatsoever.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
